Security from the start
Every application runs on a modern cloud platform with encryption in transit and at rest, permissions tied to roles, and a history of who changed what. Security is part of the design, not a review at the end.
Privacy by design
We collect what the application needs to do its job and nothing else. No advertising networks, no selling data, and privacy pages written to be read by the people they cover.
Software people can use
Our customers have real jobs, and our software is a tool they pick up around them. If a feature needs training, we keep working on it until it doesn’t.
AI where it earns its place
Our applications use generative AI for routine work: drafting standard replies, summarizing long threads, and answering questions from a customer’s own documents with every citation checked against the source. People make the decisions.

The name comes from a shrub. Ninebark grows in poor soil, holds slopes together, and needs very little looking after. We try to build software with the same qualities.
